Calorie Counter

Counting calories is apart of most weight loss plans, tedious at times I know but it is a fact of life, and something required in order to loose weight with most programs. The internet supplies a range of calorie counter services, some are free, and some are not but most are really difficult to use.
I have recently been informed of a great new calorie counter service and you won’t believe it, but the whole service is free. It’s certainly not your standard calorie counter service either; they also provide you with a food diary that you can conveniently access from home or work. I’m sure you know how important it is to keep track of what you have eaten. I remember reading about a study a few weeks ago, regarding a group of women of all ages and sizes that participated in this experiment. Anyway all of the women that used a diary to keep track of what they were eating lost more weight than the women who didn’t. I suppose it’s more of a reality check, to see what you have actually eaten!
By using this calorie counter you’ll find a database containing more than $6000 food items, you can even add your own foods and recipes to your personal database. The site provides you with support via discussion forums; it’s quite motivating to share your weight loss goals with other people going through the same thing. Visit the Calorie Counter Today.
I’d really like to hear from you if you have used the Calorie Counter, leave your comments below.
